Seema Praharis take Voters’ Pledge on 13th National Voters’ Day

On the occasion of the 13th National Voters’ Day, Sh Y B Khurania, ADG (Ops) administered the Voters’ Pledge to all Seema Praharis at the FHQ in New Delhi. The pledge was taken to raise awareness and promote electoral participation among the Seema Praharis.

The National Voters’ Day is celebrated every year on January 25th to mark the foundation day of the Election Commission of India. The day is celebrated to encourage voter education and voter participation in the democratic process.

The National Voters’ Day is an opportunity to remind citizens of their civic duty and the importance of participating in the democratic process. This year, the theme of the National Voters’ Day is ‘Nothing Like Voting, I Vote For Sure’ is dedicated to voters, conveying individual’s feeling and aspiration towards participation in the electoral process through the power of their vote. The logo is designed to showcase festivity and inclusivity of the electoral process.
