Informal Trade- Border Haats

In conversation with Bipul Chatterjee, executive director of the Consumer, Utility and Trust Society ( CUTS) International- a centre for international trade, economics & environment . In this segment, Mr. Chatterjee recommends ways in which informal trade, crime and trafficking can be reduced along the international boundaries, such as by establishing ‘Border-haats’ or border markets, encouraging the trade of local products and so forth.
