The first ever four-day Northeast India Exposure Tour cum Convention, scheduled for August 13 to 16 in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh, is preparing for a grand showcase.

Reports indicate that the convention’s primary objective is to revitalize tourism by unveiling the unexplored potential of the Northeastern region. This gathering will spotlight the region’s abundant cultural heritage and natural splendor, with the intent of capturing the attention of both potential investors and tourists.

Backed by the North Eastern Council (NEC) in Shillong, this initiative is brought to life through the collaborative efforts of The Humanity Group, Tribal Discovery Tours & Travels, and Unplanned Events.

Diving deep into the lesser-explored realms of the North East, tour operators and speakers will introduce innovative approaches to entice travelers towards these hidden treasures. The event’s core focus lies in rediscovering these hidden gems, promising visitors distinctive and indelible moments while concurrently uplifting local communities.
