In line with the tweet from the Indian Army, which highlighted the initiative of encouraging sports in remote high-altitude areas of Sikkim, the Trishakti Corps organised a friendly football match under Operation Sadhbhavana in East Sikkim. The event, held at 12,400 feet, brought together the local communities for a day of sports and camaraderie.

The scenic Gnathang Valley served as the backdrop for the thrilling match, where teams from Kupup and Gnathang villages battled it out on the football field. Despite sub-zero temperatures, the spirited youth from the border villages showcased their determination and passion for the sport, with the valley echoing with the cheers and excitement of the spectators.
