The Eastern Borderlands

In conversation with Bipul Chatterjee, executive director of the Consumer, Utility and Trust Society ( CUTS) International- a centre for international trade, economics & environment which focuses its activities on understanding the issues and implications of an emerging international trade regime under the aegis of the World Trade Organization and bilateral/regional free trade agreements. The Borderlens spoke to Mr. Chatterjee about the economy and social issues prevalent in the eastern borders of the North-East of India.
